The strategic aim was to shift from being seen merely as a facilities manager to being recognized as a leading wellbeing provider in South London. Mirum was engaged to reimagine customer journeys, enhance information architecture, and create a modernized look and feel for the brand.
Initially, the plan was to update the existing Drupal website to the latest version and refresh its look. However, the project evolved into a complete rebuild with enhanced functionality, including a postcode finder and HTML5 geolocation lookup for locations.
Based on Google Analytics data, we decided to support browsers as far back as IE11. The website is hosted on Platform.sh, with plans for further integration with third-party systems.
